Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EntCoach AI (the "Service"), operated by EntCoach AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• Ensure any data you upload is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data.

5. AI-generated insights disclaimer

The AI Business Coach and other AI features generate insights, recommendations, forecasts, and content based on your data. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on AI outputs. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Subscription terms

EntCoach AI is offered on a free plan and a paid Pro plan at R199 per month (ZAR). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Features and limits associated with each plan are described on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

7. Billing

Payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorize us and Paystack to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by EntCoach AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntCoach AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account termination

You may cancel or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa.
