Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with EntCoach AI. This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work.

1. Subscription cancellation

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription.
• Your access to Pro features remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• After that date, your account automatically returns to the Free plan. Your data is preserved.

2. Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle once it has started, except where required by applicable law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

3. Failed payments

• If a recurring payment fails, Paystack may retry the charge over the following days.
• If payment still cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and Pro features will be locked.
• You can update your payment method or reactivate your subscription at any time from Settings.

4. Billing disputes

For billing questions or disputes, email hello@entcoachai.com with your account email and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at entcoachai.com/refund.
