• Business data: transactions, invoices, customers, goals, and business profile details you enter.
• Payment information: processed by Paystack. We store subscription status and metadata but not your full card details.
• Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
• AI interactions: messages you send to the AI Business Coach and the responses generated.

2. How we use personal data

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Generate AI insights, forecasts, and recommendations from your business data.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, invoice delivery).
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Cookies and analytics

4. AI interactions

The AI Business Coach uses your business data (transactions, invoices, customers, goals) to produce personalized insights. Prompts and generated responses may be processed by trusted AI providers under contract. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party public models.

5. Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. When you subscribe, your payment details are collected directly by Paystack under their terms and privacy policy. We receive limited metadata such as subscription status, plan, and next billing date.

6. Data storage and security

Data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is protected by role-based permissions and row-level security so that each user can only access their own data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but no system is 100% secure.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
